RE:questionswas not aware of the simularity of the two companies:
-same address
-mostly same directors
-same CFO
-almost identical website
-CEO was also same, but Paul J. Bennet left PFC as CEO and Director

PFC found a strong JV-patner in Statoil (would be an excellent partner for Rodinia too).
