Sirona Biochem Corp. is a cosmetic ingredient and drug discovery company with a proprietary technology platform developed at its laboratory facility in France with a specialization in the stabilization of carbohydrate molecules. It is focused on three current antiviral categories: Neuraminidase Inhibitors, Nucleoside Analogs and Iminosugars. Its wholly owned subsidiary is TFChem S.A.R.L.

RE:RE:RE:Potential Dilution

I went off the TSX website which says currently 108 million. I assume that would include the September PP. I coulddn't find the number on the SBM website, you would think it should be there. Anyway, the number is certainly over 200 million.

I am just glad that I can participate. Hopefully one day I can make it into Homerun's esteemed "Group of 3" Actually he obviously includes himself so I guess it is an esteemed "Group of 4". One day : )
