RE:RE:RE:RE:Analyst RecommendationDifferentials are much more narrower than last year and big heavy oil refining capacity is coming on line in the US (huge facility at BP's Whiting site the biggest catalyst). If cold weather does not impact TBE's Q4 production too drastically upside could occur just on that factor.
