RE:history repeating itselfThey were unable to get the money at the bottom of the 2009-2009 crash to complete  a property option/purchase from Silver Standard. Frankly, at the bottom of the crash, for  anyone with money, there were better deals out there anyhow. Great assets were available for pennies on the dollar...like today.
