It looks as though Van Eck dumped some this week.  'Insider' (greater than 10% ownership) sale of 100k and 200k.......AR mgmt are currently under a blackout period due to Q4 production.  Seems pretty obvious at this point that Q4 production figures will be less than forecast.  SP however fell leading up to poor Q3 production figures only to heavily bounce shortly after the news was released.
