RE:RE:Piece of this puzzle is missing!Well, I'll leave your idea of a plan B in management's hands Ingiboy, but my version of plan B would be to do nothing until May 9th.  Just keep pumping and drilling.  Business as usual.  

They already have better metrics than most of their peers in most categories.  All they need to do is wait until after May 9th and the share price will soar.  And if anyone holding the .35s has a problem with it, well they know what they have to do.  And very likely will, well before May 9th.
