don't think second results would considered material, as I guess most investors would expect it to be similar to the first. The valuations are material. Putting out a NR saying they are going to wait to release round two until valuations are finished, would IMO, cause a great deal of speculating, more than if we just got it all in a nice tight bundle in a couple of weeks. My guess is we will see it, second result, next week.
