mining_pays_my_bills, ROZ strategic review is not concluded ,CIBC is no longer involved but they are still in review and I understand they are still in talks with some interested parties, check it out with the Company CFO.
$84,000,000.00 is not what they have to raise that is the accumulated deficit of all the write downs
Dry holes and land value etc , with a share price of below a nickel they have no choice but to write assets to nothing as far tax planing goes it could be an asset for someone.as for new funding $10 to $15 mill would get them started on another well and help with resolving the problem with their delinquent JV partner Ensearch who owe them around $4,000,000.00 which is part  of the 84 million deficit.
They are very tight for cash,but no debt so I do not think the story is over. Roz was the first company to start the land accumulation in OZ and PFC land was spun out. So far as what I can find Soros and Sprott are still onboard.
