Gaming on a Smart TV is easier than some suggest Someone posted a concern that gaming on a smart TV will be awkward because a TV remote control is a poor device to game with. That may be true but you don't have to use a TV remote. There are several options. First, smart phones can be used as smart remotes for smart TVs. Second, you can connect a USB mouse or keyboard directly to a smart TV or connect wirelessly via a USB dongle. Third, there are now wireless game controllers that will work with smart TVs. For example, the SteelSeries wireless game controller (https://www.cinemablend.com/games/SteelSeries-Announces-Startus-Wireless-Gaming-Controller-61436.html). I suspect game developers are already designing their products to be compatible with any of these hardware choices.
