RE:RE:RE:RE:Proxy voteI have voted my ~225K shares for FF as I believe boards must have members with a substantial ownership in the business, directly or indirectly. I also thought, they had a plan to grow the company and restore the SP.
If Budd wins, I expect him and a few others to start purchasing shares on the open market (no options and no corporate loans - use your own cash as we all did).
In any event, this company is now too small. I thought they would never touch mature, low decline cash generating SE Sask. assets and would gradually reduce the debt, using cash flow and equity when SP recovers. I wouldn't mind if they sell their Viking lands, but not Mississipian.
I have lost interest in this now tiny dividend paying co. I am seriously thinking of switching at least half of RPL shares to other dividend payers. Among others, I will be considering adding more LTS and LNV. Lets wait until this proxy fight is over.
