RE:can somebody explain insider buying

RE:can somebody explain insider buyingNot to sure why insiders buy into bad news except maybe an offer on the table. Our debt is close to 3X our market cap now and I am sure if we see Wade buying more shares here then we could see higher share prices. If Wade does not buy more shares here then look for a for sale sign. I talked to Wade about 5 months back and he was on edge and now I know why. To go from promising 6000boed to 2300boed has to be a knock against all he wants to do. I was going to buy more shares but will wait till Friday to see what happens. This could be a good time to buy or we could see .15 also. Be careful I have seen this many times. One real good thing is the 2300boed and what that could fetch. SGY just bought 1250boed for over $100 million so PRY could be worth close to $200 million minus $125 million debt or around .50 a share. Could be a double from here.
