What I like here New Class A is the fact that he converted at 7.5 cents per share. This tells me the guy has a lot of confidence in the Company and we should be going North of 7.5 cents fairly shortly ....this seems logical but there are no guarantees as we have been disappointred before.

but this time there is definitely reasons to be optimistic . All just IMHO
