Another advantage of purchasing an adjacent property.....1) the mill will be substantially depreciated if and when the new property is developed / mined
2) there will be no need for a Sandstorm type deal as cash flow will cover some CapEx and the transport equip can be financed with the manufacturer
yep.........if there is Au / Ag, the overall cost per oz should be low
