The Company also manufactures expansion tanks, commercial solar water heating systems, swimming pool and spa heaters, related products and parts. Its Lochinvar brand is a residential and commercial boiler brand in the United States. Its water softener branded products and problem well water solutions include the Hague, Impact Water, Water-Right, Master Water, Atlantic Filter and Water Tec brands.

there is no debt, still hold nice assets.....so yes possibility they could sell company right....but also don't rule out merging with another company....we will have money in hand...we will look attractive and well business suited for another...when you buy large amount of shares, you are buying voting rights.....the insiders were buying large prior to Mitchell......
