Independent Analysis of Asset Sale to Surge?

Independent Analysis of Asset Sale to Surge?I would be interested in reading an objective, independent analysis of the fair market value of the assets RPL just sold to Surge. Selling SE Saskatchewan assets seems to make little sense - wouldn't it be more efficient and prudent to sell the Viking assets, keep all the SE Sask. assets and milk them for cash flow??? I suspect many efficiencies could be found by focusing on one region vs. having to be active in both areas. I have yet to hear anyone argue that the Viking assets are more lucrative than the SE Sask. plays. Now, perhaps the Board couldn't get much for some/all of the Viking assets. But if it's the case that members of the current Board wanted to do SOME kind of deal before the proxy battle and concluded that selling off some some SE Sask. assets would dress up the balance sheet, it would be nothing short of appalling.
