RE:insider buying

RE:insider buyingI think there has to be a decent chance that Blair will attempt to take this company private. He already owns or controls a substantial stake and it appears that he has every intention to continue to accumulate more. Once all the water clears after the preferred is settled you are left with a pretty good business that is very cheap based on just about any metric. It just doesn't make sense for this company to be public, it's too small. The only issue is that Blair would probably want to partner with a PE firm, and it might be tough to convince a PE firm to enter into a very competitive industry.

I've had a small position for awhile now and it's just agony waiting for something to happen.
