I am in favor of their buying back. Shows that the company believes the company is extremely undervalud. The budget of buying back is not huge. The company always has an option to issue more shars with a much higher price in the future. So, buying back is a smart move if the cpany believes the value will go much higher, as well as the share price. Buying back at the current price, issueing more shares over $ 1 .
