RE:RE:Winners of the 1st phase of the poolThe only way it could reach that level in October in my opinion is that all the following 3 events happen at the same time:

1) they get 100% of the financing through debt,

2) that the price of potash hit $450-500 and

3) that the GOvernment announce that a railway line will be built to connect directly to the deposit.

I see #3 possible but not 1 or 2.
