Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE:RE:Prophecy Coal Ends Speculation on Its Coal Selling Price

RE:RE:Prophecy Coal Ends Speculation on Its Coal Selling PriceProphecy very likely has been selling coal at higher than $20/ton.  Only question is how much more. Why?  Because JL and Prophecy can't afford to sell below cost any more like they have been doing for the past 3 years or so.  Other than their remaining WG shares, they are out of funds other than whatever revenue they can generate.

Some fools keep bringing up Wardrop's prefease on Ulaan from 3 years ago.  The fact that Prophecy had been selling below cost for 3 years plus spent tens of millions$ on Ulaan confirms Wardrop prefease is BS.
