price targets? TD Sec.$.50 vs Bank of America $7.00? WTF?

Yes, Mt Milligan is just ramping up but they have a long way to go before that mine shows a profit. First three months of production = approx. $6,334,000 ( correct me if this is off) Would love to know what the milling cost are for the first three months of production. Then the cost to ship the concentrate over seas to the smelter. Have a feeling they could be losing money before they even get the concentrate out the door.
