RE:RE:Warrants exercised

RE:RE:Warrants exercised
Well I won't comment on alot of this as it doesn't apply.  I wasn't commenting on general capital procedures.  If a company can't get money from a bank especially an upstart this is what is done is business.  You raise capital by issuing shares, and if you can't offer warrants then why would anyone risk it. The warrants are always priced higher than the issue as with this case.

The point was that this company (now) needs the money the exercising of warrants is what is needed for the business and would be positive not a negative.  They need it.

If you review the financials they state the risks, which one is they need more capital.  As for dillution, I could care less at this point, the market cap is 12 million.  It is so undervalued it doesn't matter.  If they get the lockheed contract, which is very possible, or Lockheed would not allow them to use their name, they will raise more capital.  They should and will, and that would be for good for all shareholders.  It would be the stepping point to launch the company into more contracts and industries.

Anyways, just pointing out the facts of this warrant question put on this board.  I hope longs do well, now that the day traders are gone.

Cheers

Presclubs.
