I do not question your faith in Orbite being able to successfully commission the HPA plant. I do question your DD. The VP of Veolia, Pascal Decary, is an inside board member of ORBITE and knows everything about the tech and  Ort's chances of a successful commissioning.  If Pascal Decary believed like you or Robert ort that the tech is as derisked as it is then a buyout announcement would have been made a long time ago. It is in Veolia's and Glencore's interests to stay the course just in case they do succeed and end up revolutionizing the industry. They, Rusal, Nalco and others spend many millions of dollars each year on R&D.  All Glencore, Rusal and Veolia had to do was sign a non binding MOU with Orbite and not have to invest a penny or take any risks. Not a bad investment at all. GLTA
