In my guestimate, there is value in the gas window.  It is just not a near term project for us, since oil pays better than gas.  We don't have enough money to pursue the oil, so for us to go after the gas is longer term.  For the oil, we need hundreds of wells, 100 or million dollars since wells are approx $5 M each just to get 20 wells.  

HOWEVER, maybe we could sell of the gas rights and raise money to pursue the oil.
