If we're making guesses as to what's up, then my sense is that it might be another inside buy.
There were a couple of large inside purchases over the past few weeks, so we shall see.
I topped up a bit at 32 cents, after taking some profit from WEF, which has been on a real tear.

I already have a full position in SY-T, so I topped it up by only 20%, so that definitely wouldn't explain any of the large purchases as of late, but at least it brings my average price down just a little bit below 40 cents!
