RE:Hoov is partly right.Great find and it's the only reason I can associate to the institutional holders and some insiders decision to have added to their positions.

They could of drilled without the PP just to confirm what's there.

And I'm sorry to say the in terms of reality check, the playing field  isn't level. Some get better info than most. Marquest has sunk nearly a million dollars on a penny stock.

If these generally savvy institutions get in this early on this type of risk, it's typically because they, at the very least expect to recover their money.

From this point onwards, everybody will be able to sell half their position in the .30 to .40s, some with profit.

What are the chances we get at least to that level?

If the institutions start to dump beyond .35, then I'll start to worry. If they hold further, then I'll be wondering about what they know that the rest don't.
