GOOD DEAL !
for a Company trading at  ~$6 share price to be able to close a 100M+ deal for $5.60/sh is a sign of STRENGHT. Probably tomorrow open will be at same of today halted price.  If you hope to get a few share at  bought deal price you coming from Mars. Would have been a LOT worse if dividends were affected. I will hold mine.
