Back and forth

Hey:

I've been watching this stock (and board) for a while now, and the only thing I can take away is that:
1) The stock is at or near its 52 week low
2) It continues to trend downwards
3) What works in mice DEFINITELY does NOT always work in humans
4) Given the FACT that over 50% of trial durgs FAIL in Phase III trials, why would ANY large pharma even thik of buying this company NOW???
