RE:Restructuring (In theory subject to board approval)As I've said repeatedly, his money is gone.  If he wants to buy out the company, its cheaper to buy it out after restructuring then trying to somehow give value to his prior equity purchases.

Think about it, for every dollar of value he gives to his prior equity holdings, he has to give 5x that amount to other shareholders (given that he owns slightly less than 20% of the company).  

Arias can't save equity holders.  Only a sale before restructuring for more than the debt + sandstorm would return anything to shareholders.
