RE:ShortsWhat???? sorry but I don't see this scenario AT ALL......cost overrun now covered.....chemical business stable and most probably improving with that "recovery" we keep hearing about......the rail side is "take or pay" contracts....the capacity is already half spoken for and the terminal is not even finished......(Trans Canada is even talking of building rail terminals if Keystone is further delayed....sounds like CUS was ahead of the curve on this one).......just sayin`.... just don`t see it
