Africa - Allana's sole supplier?

It is interesting why the focus has changed to selling to Africa only, when Asia is such a massive market. Is one of the preconditions to the IFC financing to only sell in Africa? Has Allana's free-market been compromised with IFC demands? Did Allana balk at the IFC demands, hence no financing yet? Does selling in Africa only, affect what price they can sell for? They say Africa will have 6-8 million potash demand in the future, but it is only talk. Regardless, Allana will still be making money, but could they make more selling to different continents? How do you as an investor feel about making potentially 20% less on your investment because of Allana's limitations?
