That would be the discovery hearing? Has anyone had a chance to look at the transcripts or seen any data on probable outcome. From what I have read there appears to be a lot of posturing where the defendants have tried to avoid presenting evidence which provides information to support Zecotek's position. However the way I read it is the judge has basically sided with Zecoteck in requiring that all requests for information be prepared and presented by SAINT-GOBAIN and Philips. Those orders were to be met by Jan 13. The Feb 6 date I mentioned was the date at which the judge would set the briefing schedule on the issue of lost profits. Has anyone here done some legwork on third party opinions on the probability that at this point in time an out of court settlement might take place based on the evidence that the judge has requested be supplied by the defendants? Does Philips currently still receive crystals from Saint-Goblian? There seems to be some indication that Philips has changed suppliers to CPI sourced crystals which are apparently inferior to the Saint Goblian crystals a point which Zeoteck has used in the discovery to support damages. I am new to this stock but I am sure some of the longs here have done their research and have good information on this topic? Comments?
