He is a long term employee that has family committments and needed the money. Also, remember that Ithaca's share price has had a checkered past so considering he needed the money, the share price was at a near term high and there is almost a continuous blackout throughout the year, he jumped in on the options granting window or he may not have had another chance for quite some time. Also he was just granted 400K options at 2.71 so he has all the exposure he needs to the next leg up on the share price. Trust this helps.
