The Company holds interests in lithium and copper exploration projects located in the State of Nevada, United States of America. Nevada Sunrise owns 100% interests in the Gemini, Jackson Wash and Badlands lithium projects, all of which are located in the Lida Valley in Esmeralda County, Nevada and the Pelican lithium project in Saskatchewan, Canada. The Gemini Lithium Project (Gemini) consists of 353 unpatented lode and placer claims totaling 7,060 acres and located in the Lida Valley approximately 10 kilometers east of the town of Lida, Nevada. The Company's Jackson Wash Lithium Project consists of over 49 unpatented placer claims totaling approximately 397 hectares and is located in the Lida Valley on the east side of the Montezuma Range. It has the right to earn a 100% interest in the Coronado Copper Project, located approximately 48 kilometers southeast of Winnemucca, Nevada.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Nevada Sunrise JV to begin drilling Kinsley on Jan. 18Good points Bakaone, hence the "leverage" i refered to for NEV....but at this moment, you can not be sure that the 22% will stay with NEV. 

I must reread the final terms of the agreement again, to see if NEV has the obligation to keep spending the same amount (percentage wise) that PLG is spending on the project. Cause this time NEV has agreed to pay their share of the exploration budget.....but what if no money is available and PLG keeps spending (which we all hope so the deposit can be mapped/studied)......could it be that NEV is left with no part of Mt K ? 

If NEV can keep this 22%, then, in time, by each "drill result" with decent/good intervals and grades, the market cap can grow as well. And then PLG could be very interested of course.
