RE:ImportantFor the people who do not belive check the court decision at : https://www.extranets.bdo.ca/bioexx/documents.cfm under Order of Justice Brown ( IP Sale Approval Order ) The full value of the company got sold : Patent Family Nr1 till Nr5 thats all IP they had - Trade Marks : Isolexx, Advantexx, Concentrexx - BIOEXX Homepage And if im not wrong the Sale Price was the obligatory USD 1,00 for all. I better should have baught a Porsche from my money than getting so easy cheated - nice law in Canada, last time i was investing money in Canada.
