RE:Ah "Grasshoppa"......Thank you Sqr ! I've learned so much from you. I've also learned a lot from people that post a lot about nothing, and seem to avoid commenting on positive, factual information. I was at a seminar recently that focussed on the "business of the bullboards", they referred to useless commentary on top of factual tidbits as "OVERBURDEN", I'd heard of this in mining, but never as it pertained to information. Anyway, I don't think the warrants were "given away because they have no value", that doesn't make cent$, but the explanation below sure does. Good luck all
I think Gillette makes the "Mach3", I'd sub in LIFE brand, there is NO competition.
This posts makes cent$
I can think of 25 million reasons for a positive outcome. The warrants have been in play since March 2010, why not list them at some point ? If March 2 2014 arrives with a sub .60 stock, the warrants are blue bin material. Why not list them and gain some value from the paper via phase III trial investor interest ? There is interest, a short while ago, the company had suggested at the bottom of a release that the market opportunity for them was approaching 2 BILLION annually. We are maintaining strong margins on the Toraymyxin (PMX) and our wholly owned Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA). The market opportunity may be even larger. We are targetting a specific segment of the market, but there is much more. Spectral has never given up their rights to the EAA. Science has told us for years, but the results from Euphrates should put an exclamation on it, "critically ill people with high endotoxin levels", suffer much worse outcomes. Testing endotoxin levels will become routine in MANY situations, the EAA is a razor / razor blade product. You own a little piece of what amounts to a global Mach 3 razor blade franchise. There is a difference though, the margins are better, and Gillette doesn't have an alternative one shelf below.
