It's No Secretof the revenue & earnings numbers that WiLAN will be reporting next week. If there are any surprises it will be to the upside given the couple of recent license signings. IMO the share price should have responded to the forward guidance they provided in the Q3 report, but it hasn't. It's further evidence the stock is being controlled by a third party with a hostile agenda that is not in the best interests of the company and it's shareholders.
I'm beginning to think that WiLAN's hand is being forced to expedite the closing of their year end that opens the door for that third party to make a formal offer for the company - sooner than later.
