UPTREND ??

I hope the present downtrend reverses soon. As seen by the chart below along with the Level 2 below it doesn't look very good. But they seem to be able to control the share price pretty well especially with this many shares outstanding. It hardly trades . Ley's see if it stays this way after the financing is complete.
