Insiders / Funds - Retail Investors = 0 - 1The recent performance triggered by the retail investors' selling represents the idiocy at its best.
The herd behavior is definitely here.
Excluding the 109 million shares of Maurel that will be cancelled, TID has currently ~270 million shares.
The insiders own 53 million shares. But they can not buy because they are blacked out. Contact Walter or Matt to confirm this. They have been blacked out since the initiation of the strategic process in 2013.
The funds own 45 million shares and they have not sold one single share since last summer, as shown below (from Morningstar.com):
https://investors.morningstar.com/ownership/shareholders-overview.html?t=TID®ion=can&culture=en-US&ownerCountry=USA The insiders own the remaining 170 million shares, and they keep selling at the current ridiculous levels. Although 1 million shares daily is nothing out of the 170 million shares, they create negative trend and make other retail investors sell too. The idiocy at its best.
Although we know that the retail investors always sell and buy at the worst levels, they never learn. Thanks to them, we make money. Keep selling retail investors.
