The Black Out & the Momentum Trader/Retail Investor sellersFor those folks who doubt my statement about the current Black Out, I recommend them to send an email to the company or call the company. Plain and simple.
Again, the insiders are currently blacked out and they can not buy as long as the strategic review is ongoing.
The momentum traders have been selling since September 2013 because they do not get a quick buck. This impacts the retail investors who sell too. This drop creates a domino effect that impacts other retail investors and momentum traders, making them sell too. So they accelerate the drop.
It is a given in all the stock exchanges that the retail investors buy and sell at the worst points. Nobody can disagree on this.
The link below from Morningstar.com proves that the funds that own 45 million shares have not sold since last summer. They have not added at their position waiting to see how things will play out, but they have not sold either. Click on the link from Morningstar.com, plain and simple:
