Same thing on the drama "Klondike". Everyone else was mining in the creek bed, so he went up higher than the others were, dug a little shaft into the side of a hill and found some nuggets. Of course, that was 1898 when gold price was lower. On the other hand the nuggets were bigger and you could spit and hit the neighbours. Maybe we could all go to the property this spring for a week and help Patrick get things started and dig to the bedrock? :-)
