It is impossible for FF to have purchased all their shares under a dollar.  They had to have had control of at least 5% on Oct 22nd when they asked for the meeting.  There were only two days prior to that, where shares traded below $1.  Based on the volumes for those days even if FF (and/or their other shareholder) bought every single share traded below a $1 they still wouldn't have even half of what they required...

It is unbelievable the mis-information going around.  I keep wondering where it is coming from.

FYI: I am long the stock... not short
