RE:RE:Sale?ddun, I hope you are right..for BSM its a no brainer extremely acrretive deal for them..WEW is worth a lot more in the hands of BSM management than WEW management..BSM trades at almost 4x 2014 sales, while WEW is less than 1x sales...so even if they pay 2x sales it is still accretive for BSM shareholders...at 2x sales 60c plus 20c in cash...BSM has expensive stock so they should take advantage of their privileged position
