Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE:RE:RE:Crisis to feel
" Welcome to politics, you must be new, have a seat over there.  This is the unfortunate part of working with any government agency.  "

No politics are the same eveywhere; though there are a lot of corrupted governments;
Mongolia must be top 10 countries most corrupted.

We all jumped into PCY knowing the risk of working with these countries; but common,
We did not know it was that bad.

When did PCY submitted the PPA documents ? August 2012.
At that time, PCY announced this :

"Both Prophecy and the Mongolian government working group have been working hard for several months to reach this point.  All of us have high expectations for the Chandgana project.  Everyone here at Prophecy and our government counterparts is quite excited.”

So, before submitting the PPA, PCY was working very hard with the Mongolian Working Group.

From August 2012 - June 2013 , PCY submitted an ammendment of the PPA
They took 10 months to look at those documents.

Consider that this Working Group exclusively reviews the PPA submitted from PCY.

Why it takes that long ? Is anyone guess.

From June 2013 - to date, still no news. It has been 7 months.

What a waste of time from these Politicians.

But, we still cross our fingers hoping the PPA is signed.
We are all in the same boat.
