RE:RE:Woulfe Mining Arranges $350,000 Unsecured Convertible Loan
I think this a very interesting event. There are 2 options available, the company repays the loan,@12%,or Dundee has the option of obtaining 1 share@.115,1 warrant@.12,which when all is said and done, equals approx. 7,000,000 shares. Now which option would be in the best interest of the company, and Dundee?..........Exercising the units,of course!!

What is the benefit, why the loan?

This gives the company some working capital(how will they use it,is not known)and at the same time,Dundee accumulates more shares, without doing so on the open market, because if Dindee did,it would not benefit the company at all.
