RYAN KALT ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF COMMON SHARES OF NOKA RESOURCES July 11, 2013 - Vancouver, British Columbia - Noka Resources Inc. (TSX-V: NX) (the “Company” or “Noka”) reports: “Ryan Kalt Announces Acquisition of Common Shares of Noka Resources Inc. - ("NX") Calgary, Alberta CANADA, July 11, 2013 – Noka Resources Inc. (NX - TSX Venture), During the period of June 18, 2013 to July 8, 2013, Ryan Kalt acquired beneficial ownership of 2,830,000 Common Shares ("Common Shares") in the capital of Noka Resources Inc. ("Noka Resources"). As of June 18, 2013, Ryan Kalt acquired beneficial ownership of 1,400,000 units ("Units") in the capital of Noka Resources at the closing of the private placement offering as announced by Noka Resources press release dated June 18, 2013. Each Unit consisted of one Common Share and one Common Share purchase warrant ("Warrants"), and were purchased at a price of $0.10 per Unit. Each Warrant entitles Mr. Kalt to acquire one Common Share for a period of 24 months at a price of $0.20 per Common Share. The 1,400,000 Common Shares forming part of the Units acquired represent approximately 8.85% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of Noka Resources as at July 8, 2013. As of July 8, 2013, Ryan Kalt acquired further beneficial ownership of 600,000 Common Shares at a deemed value of $0.10 per Common Share and a further beneficial ownership of 830,000 Common Shares at a deemed value of $0.14 per Common Share in the capital of Noka Resources as consideration for property vended as announced by Noka Resources press release dated July 11, 2013 (“Property Acquisition Shares”). The Property Acquisition Shares represent approximately 9.0% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of Noka Resources as at July 11, 2013. As a result, Mr. Kalt currently holds 2,830,000 Common Shares, representing approximately 17.9% of the currently issued and outstanding Common Shares of Noka Resources. There are no other persons acting jointly or in concert with Mr. Kalt.
