The North America segment serves residential and commercial end markets with a range of products, including water heaters, boilers, water treatment products, and other. The Company also manufactures expansion tanks, commercial solar water heating systems, swimming pool and spa heaters, related products and parts. Its Lochinvar brand is a residential and commercial boiler brand in the United States. Its water softener branded products and problem well water solutions include the Hague, Impact Water, Water-Right, Master Water, Atlantic Filter and Water Tec brands.

checkingfacts66 - very much appreciated, thanks a lot.

The way to play this stock is probably to sell the moment they get the money, then sit on the sideline and see.

If is always better to pay a little more to get back in again than riding it down.

As a rule of thumb, avoid companies run by lawyers. In this case it is positive to get the money but then you have to get out and watch.

Just my opinion.
