RE:Breach of fiduciary duty? Hey Hockey. JD posted that he contacted IR, whether that is true or not we'll never know because it is a bullboard. If he actually did then I'm curious about his statement regarding PDQ not testing if SSN doesn't take part...... with a 100% WI already drilled opportunity with 1 day to confirm for the ANH why on earth why would they not test? Why would they mess up their contract with the ANH on the block just because SNN isn't paying them. I understand that cash is king, but that statement almost implies that they already know the well is a dud. Either that or they're incredibly stupid. Pretty darn confused right now.
