Interesting close...
Interesting close...those interesting in buying are not finished or they would not have closed as they did...
It was a very easy and cheap opportunity for a runup at the end.....
which they never took advantage of....
tomorrow the boat will likely get fuller again....
the momo is tempting but the ceiling also filled in thicker... :-)
