RE:RE:"Budd"ing Controversy

RE:RE:"Budd"ing ControversyHi deisman,

A little correction, we *do not* have a third choice.  Mr. Budd took it away (or is trying to take it away).

RPL tried to bring us a choice with their green ballot and the ability to choose to vote for individual board members, however Mr. Budd did not do the same on the RPL ballot which is an "all or nothing" deal.

Now Mr. Budd is attempting to claim that all the green ballots are invalid (or at least the ones with votes for individual members) and is trying to prevent them from being counted there by cancelling a portion of the green ballots.

This last little manouver by Mr Budd, exposes his real intentions --- to keep his position regardless of what shareholders want.  Either it is for ego purposes or because he is able to line his pockets even more, I don't know.  But it is very clear that "for the shareholders" is not the reason!
