Stu, this makes a lot of sense to me. I don't think TMM would have done that deal to get $25 mil. unless it's in order to do a deal that would be very beneficial for them especially over the longer term, such as snapping up NWM at a bargain basement price. Question for you, any thoughts on what the buyout deal might be for us longsuffering NWM shareholders? If this is in fact in the works, I'm just really hoping that it's not something ridiculous like a penny a share and they pay off the loan. Thanks, zz
